Solidarietà alle ex-lavoratrici del cravattificio Pompei
Il Partito della Rifondazione Comunista di Formia esprime tutta la propria solidarietà e la propria vicinanza alle ex-lavoratrici del cravattificio Pompei che ancora una volta devono alzare la voce perché venga loro riconosciuto il diritto a a superare il perenne stato di precarietà lavorativa nel quale vivono a causa della chiusura dello stabilimento presso cui lavorano.
La politica in questi anni non ha voluto trovare una soluzione definitiva ai loro problemi occupazionali, ma ha sempre risposto alle richieste di lavoro, con interventi tampone, giocando sulla loro pelle una partita spesso poco limpida.
Fortunati una decina di loro, che sono stati assunti nel dicembre 2013 presso il comune di Formia con contratto part-time per 18 ore settimanali.
Per gli altri dipendenti invece si apriranno le porte dell’inferno qualora non verrà prorogato loro l’opportunità dei cantieri scuola, grazie a cui sono riusciti a portare a casa un stipendio di circa 800 euro.
D’altronde pare proprio che i lavoratori siano diventati il nemico numero uno della politica, tanto che tutti i provvedimenti legislativi approvati dal parlamento, negli ultimi anni, non hanno fatto altro che peggiorarne le condizioni sui luoghi di lavoro.
Una vera e propria campagna d’odio è stata portata avanti per far credere all’opinione pubblica che la colpa della crisi economica che stiamo vivendo è dei lavoratori, che non vogliono chinare il capo, così da essere alla mercé dei padroni.
E’ evidente che la situazione di ricatto nella quale si trovano le ex-lavoratrici del cravattificio Pompei suona come l’ennesimo campanello d’allarme rispetto a un territorio che vive una crisi economia sempre più drammatica e nella quale le condizioni dei lavoratori sono tornate ad essere quelle degli inizi del ‘900, quando cioè il lavoro era sinonimo del più bieco sfruttamento.
Eppure quella che dovrebbe rappresentare una priorità dell’agenda della politica locale, è diventata sempre più spesso un elemento di superficialità e di indifferenza, come se il problema non esistesse e come se la politica si debba occupare solo del superfluo.
D’altronde gli stessi sindacati confederali si sono trasformati in uffici di consulenza, abbandonando il compito per cui sono nati e cioè la difesa dei lavoratori sui luoghi di lavoro, sempre più compromessa.
E questa assenza pesa come un macigno sulle prospettive occupazionali del nostro comprensorio, proprio perché manca una strategia sindacale adeguata a contrastare tutti i fenomeni di deregolamentazione di cui sono vittime i lavoratori.
La solitudine dei lavoratori è un dato di fatto e in questa condizione sono costretti ad affrontare precarietà, sfruttamento, mobbing, iper-lavoro, stress, raggiri, mancanza di tutela legale e sindacale.
Alle ex-lavoratrici del cravattificio Pompei, senza peccare di presunzione, vogliamo dare il prezioso consiglio di non abbandonarsi nelle braccia del politico di turno, pronto ad approfittarne per alimentare il proprio tornaconto personale, ma di lottare perché il loro problema diventi il problema dell’intera città, senza chiedere quindi privilegi per sé ma che si cerchi una soluzione definitiva al loro problema occupazionale.
La loro deve essere un primo momento di una risposta di tutti i lavoratori ai tentativi padronali di far tornare indietro le conquiste ottenute, ma anche per dare corpo ad una mobilitazione che si ponga l’obiettivo di ottenere uguali garanzie di reddito per tutti ( a partire dagli ammortizzatori sociali).
Non si esce dalla crisi da soli, si esce tutti insieme.
